A 6-week coaching programme to help thoughtful professionals
from “I feel overlooked and underestimated at work.”
to “I understand my introvert strengths and how to make them count.”
Turning quiet strengths into confidence, recognition and career momentum.

Are you a thoughtful professional whose strengths are going unnoticed?
You listen carefully, think deeply and care about doing things properly.
But in workplaces that reward the loudest voices, it can feel like your way of working does not count.
You need time to process.
To listen, think and join the dots before you speak.
The pressure to “speak up” on the spot can leave your mind blank.
You often have valuable ideas, but by the time you are ready to share them the conversation has already moved on.
If you have ever felt like work was designed for everyone but you, you are not imagining it.
Many workplaces are still set up to reward extroverted behaviours.
But the truth is this.
Your way of thinking and working is needed.
Strong teams need both introverts and extroverts because they bring different strengths.
When you stop fighting your introverted nature and start leaning into it, you do not just cope at work.
You begin to thrive.
Active listeners
They listen carefully, spot patterns, and often notice what others miss.
Thoughtful thinkers
They think before they speak. Their words tend to be intentional, considered and impactful.
Deeply focused
They concentrate for long periods, allowing them to solve complex problems.
Insightful observers
They notice subtle details in people, conversations, and environments.
Independent thinkers
They develop original ideas without relying on group approval.
Creative problem-solvers
Reflection and curiosity help them find thoughtful solutions.
Empathetic team players
Their listening skills help others feel heard and understood.
Great leaders
They lead by listening, thinking carefully and creating space for others to contribute.
Just imagine if ...
You woke up on a Monday morning feeling focused and energised because your work actually suits the way you think best.
You understood your strengths clearly and knew how to use them to add real value at work.
You were able to communicate your ideas with confidence so they were heard, respected and acted upon.
Your thoughtful approach was recognised by colleagues and leaders rather than overlooked in favour of the loudest voices.
You started to see opportunities open up – greater responsibility, leadership roles, promotions and the income that comes with them.
And instead of feeling pressure to be someone else, you were building a career that rewards the way you naturally think, work and contribute.
I’m a neurodivergent introvert.
For years, I felt pressure to work in ways that don't come naturally to me - jumping into conversations quickly just to prove that I was engaged.
But the harder I tried to do that, the more drained I became.
Eventually I realised something important.
I do my best work when I am quiet.
When I listen carefully, observe patterns and join the dots before speaking.
When I stopped forcing myself to perform extroversion and started leaning into those strengths, everything began to change.
Today, I help thoughtful professionals do the same — recognising their quiet strengths and learning how to use them in ways that allow their work to be seen, valued and rewarded.
Without masking.
Without pretending to be louder.
And without burning out.

The earlier you understand your strengths and how to communicate them, the sooner your work starts getting the recognition it deserves.
"I am now able to place my quiet, thoughtful personality at the centre of my business and see it as something to be celebrated rather than something I needed to overcome."
Ross, Founder
"Charlotte's thoughtful questioning pushed me to examine my values, priorities, and limiting beliefs at a profound level."
Pam, Teacher and Business Owner
This programme is for thoughtful professionals who know they have more to offer but feel overlooked in workplaces that reward louder voices.
This isn’t about pretending to be confident or learning how to “sell yourself.”
Over six structured coaching sessions, we focus on understanding your introvert strengths, communicating them clearly and creating environments where you can genuinely thrive.
You start with a DISC personality profile to get clear on your strengths and communication preferences
You'll reframe any negative feedback you have previously been given about being "too quiet".
You'll explore how your introverted strengths and traits show up at work and how to harness them for future success.
You'll uncover your preferred communication methods.
You'll experiment with different ways of showcasing your skills and talents so that you get seen by the right people.
You'll map energy levels and ensure that recharge time is present to preserve your energy for the things that have the biggest impact.
You'll set a career goal for the future which aligns with your strengths and talents.
You'll break this goal down into smaller goals.
You'll create a detailed, personalised roadmap to help you get there.
A detailed onboarding form so we can be clear from the start about where you are and where you want to be.
6 x 60-minute one-to-one coaching sessions (online) to be taken over 90 days.
Unlimited support via email between sessions.
A DISC personality report as a starting point for focusing on strengths.
£900 for the full six-session programme.
Following the six-session programme, there will be an option to book additional coaching sessions on an ad-hoc basis for ongoing support and accountability at the reduced price of £100 per session.
We start by setting a big goal for the 90 days - something that feels meaningful, motivating, and achievable for you.
Each session then has its own focus - a smaller goal that moves you closer to that bigger outcome.
You’ll set the agenda, and we’ll explore what’s most important to you that week.
We’ll explore your ideas and challenges thoroughly, helping you see patterns and possibilities you might not have noticed before.
You’ll always leave each session with a few clear, practical action points to work on before we meet again.
Sometimes, we’ll use coaching exercises to remove barriers or gain fresh perspective - always explained fully in advance, and never anything you’re not comfortable with.
Every session is led by you, at your pace, in a calm, non-judgemental space.
My role is to guide the process, ask the right questions, and help you move from uncertainty to confident, informed action.
Many people find that coaching and counselling can work beautifully alongside each other.
Both offer a safe, confidential space to talk openly - and sometimes, the things we discuss in coaching can feel emotional or bring up past experiences. That’s completely okay.
The difference lies in the focus.
Counselling or therapy often centres on mental health and healing - exploring past experiences, emotions, or trauma to support recovery and wellbeing.
Coaching is more forward-focused. We might reflect on what’s shaped you, but our aim is to help you understand your strengths, values, and patterns so you can make confident, practical choices about your next steps.
Some clients work with a therapist alongside coaching; others come to coaching after therapy, once they’re ready to move towards change.
Either way, this is a calm, supportive space where you can bring your whole self without judgement, and at your own pace.
And if, at any point, I felt you’d benefit more from counselling or mental health support, we’d talk about it openly and sensitively and I’d help you think through what kind of support might be right for you.
Towards the beginning of our coaching contract, I will send you a link to complete a DISC profile. This is, of course, completely optional and is included in the price of the coaching programme.
Your DISC profile is a simple but powerful tool that helps you understand your communication style, motivation, and working preferences. There are no right or wrong answers.
Instead, it helps you see how you naturally approach tasks, relationships, and problem-solving at work.
During coaching, we might use your DISC insights to explore:
How you like to work and what drains you
How you communicate best with different types of people
What kind of environment helps you stay calm, confident, and productive
It’s a gentle starting point for self-awareness, giving language to things you may have sensed about yourself for years, but never quite known how to describe.
That’s completely okay. In fact, it’s one of the most common reasons people come to coaching.
You don’t need a five-year plan or a clear career goal to begin.
All you need is curiosity and a willingness to start exploring what feels right for you.
Through our conversations, we’ll gently uncover what matters most: your values, strengths, and the environments where you feel most energised.
You’ll begin to spot patterns in what excites or drains you and from there, the right direction becomes much clearer.
Not knowing isn’t a problem to fix.
It’s simply the starting point for designing a life and career that finally fit.
Yes, taking small, consistent action between sessions is an important part of making progress.
At the end of each session, you’ll decide on a few simple action points that feel realistic and meaningful to you.
If you ever find yourself not completing them, we won’t treat that as “failure.”
Instead, we’ll explore it together, gently and without judgement.
Is the goal really aligned with what you want?
Is there a barrier, a mindset, or an environment that’s getting in the way?
Every goal and action will always come from you - never from me telling you what to do.
My role is to help you reflect, stay focused, and make choices that genuinely fit.
That’s completely normal and almost everyone feels that way at first.
Coaching can feel different from anything you’ve done before, because it gives you space to slow down, think deeply, and talk honestly about what matters to you.
You don’t need to arrive confident, clear, or “ready.” My job is to help you feel comfortable, to guide the conversation gently, and to ask questions that help you find your own answers.
There’s no performance, no pressure, and no judgement - just time and space for you to breathe, reflect, and make sense of things at your own pace.
By the end of the first session, most people say they feel calmer, clearer, and quietly relieved to have started.
